Encontro com abordagem internacional sobre autismo

O encontro com abordagem internacional sobre autismo acontece no Recife Praia Hotel e é voltado para educadores, psicólogos e famílias. Tem como objetivo ampliar a formação docente e fortalecer a atuação de educadores e família de crianças/adolescentes e adultos com Transtorno do Espectro Autista (TEA). O encontro é realizado pelo projeto Educação Especial PE, comandado pela Psicopedagoga Lidieri Barros.

O Autismo é um transtorno de desenvolvimento que prejudica a capacidade da pessoa se comunicar e interagir. Essa condição também leva o paciente a viver alterações de comportamento, expressas principalmente na repetição de movimentos. Segundo o atual levantamento feito pela Organização das Nações Unidas (ONU), cerca de 1% da população mundial o equivalente a 70 milhões de pessoas. — Ou 1 em cada 68 crianças — apresenta algum transtorno do espectro do autismo, e a ocorrência da condição neurológica tem aumentado.
